Senior Research Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assist in the collection and management of data, oversee project timelines, technical infrastructure, and other data-related tasks for research cohort studies.

• Aid in the development and coordination of data collection tools, including surveys and forms.

• Manage project databases such as REDCap, Ripple, or comparable systems.

• Facilitate database creation, identify and resolve data issues, and report results.

• Engage in data review, cleaning, and organization processes.

• Create programs to support database development, data issue identification and resolution, and result reporting.

• Collaborate effectively with internal team members and external study partners.

• Attend and contribute actively in staff, data/operations, and co-investigator meetings.

• Provide assistance to both internal and external data and project collaborators.

• Execute daily general tasks in support of research studies.

• Help maintain software applications and relevant technical documentation related to data.

• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• Ability to complete highly detail-oriented tasks.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Word and Excel is essential.
