This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain a network of study participants across Riverside's product offerings, acting as their main contact from initial outreach until the study concludes.
• Prepare and oversee IRB submissions, renewals, and consent forms to guarantee compliance with human subjects protection standards.
• Facilitate the comprehensive logistics of applied research studies, which includes scheduling, data gathering, and participant follow-up.
• Contribute to research outputs and summaries that articulate study findings into validity evidence for Riverside's offerings.
• Monitor eligibility and accurately process participant stipend payments in a timely manner.
• Perform literature reviews and assist in the preparation of conference submissions, presentations, and other forms of knowledge dissemination.
• Support user acceptability testing and quality control procedures for new and revised assessments.
• Collaborate with the Research team and cross-functional partners within Customer Success and Marketing.
• Report directly to the Senior Research Associate.
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related discipline.
• Experience in coordinating research projects or studies, encompassing participant recruitment and communication.
• Familiarity with IRB processes and ethics concerning human subjects research, or the capability to learn these quickly.
• Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent studies and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with participants, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of data collection methods and basic analysis tools.
• A keen interest in psychometrics, assessment development, or K-12 and clinical research.
• A detail-oriented and proactive approach to compliance and administrative monitoring.
• Capacity to handle competing priorities and multiple workstreams.
• Ability to work remotely.
• May require remaining in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods.
