Research Associate II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and execute research studies and evaluation initiatives.

• Conduct standardized research and evaluation tasks with minimal supervision.

• Create project materials and assist in their distribution.

• Organize project documentation, record meeting minutes, and maintain compliance-related logs.

• Contribute to data analysis and reporting with minimal guidance, utilizing quantitative and qualitative data along with data visualization techniques.

• Act as a task leader or project manager.

• Keep track of project plans, timelines, and schedules for deliverables.

• Perform and potentially lead data collection efforts, including surveys, interviews, field observations, site visits, and focus groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Proven experience managing research and/or evaluation projects in academic, community, or governmental contexts.

• Strong grasp of research and evaluation design, methods, and regulatory compliance.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Required experience in qualitative analysis and reporting.

• Preferred experience in quantitative analysis and reporting.

• Preferred experience in implementation and program evaluation.

• Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, basic spreadsheet, and presentation software applications.

• Familiarity with database software programs (Microsoft Office).

• Capacity to work independently and remotely.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing demands, priorities, and deadlines.

• Skill in prioritizing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering error-free work.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners in a team setting.
