Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Determine the ownership of parking assets and perform comprehensive research for the company database.

• Pinpoint relevant decision-makers within target organizations or entities by utilizing databases, websites, online research, and other resources.

• Investigate company hierarchies and structures to identify suitable contacts.

• Obtain contact details for hard-to-reach individuals.

• Analyze properties, including reviews and news articles, to uncover sales challenges and opportunities.

• Input and manage accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of property owners, accounts, leads, and contact information.

• Develop multithreading strategies to identify alternative organizational contacts.

• Collaborate with team members to exchange insights and share best practices.

• Create the narrative that supports AirGarage’s outbound sales initiatives alongside the sales team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside outside the United States.

• Sufficient overlap with US business hours to collaborate with the team and participate in key meetings.

• Proficiency in property databases, online research tools, and contact databases is advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail and precision in data entry tasks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Determination to seek out information and explore available resources.

• Flexibility and receptiveness to new ideas.

• Capability to think creatively and employ unconventional research techniques.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

• Successful completion of a background check and employment verification is required.

• Daily communication in English.
