Research Associate – AI Validation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist the M&A/enablement team at Collective Residential by conducting AI-driven research on potential partner contacts and accounts.

• Perform research on targeted contacts/accounts utilizing the provided AI tools such as Claude.

• Carefully assess AI-generated results for their accuracy, completeness, and feasibility.

• Recognize incomplete, inaccurate, or inadequately verified AI information and address verification gaps.

• Keep Salesforce records for contacts/accounts updated and precise.

• Leverage knowledge of Collective Residential's business model and target profile to affirm the validity of contacts/accounts.

• Report unclear or low-confidence findings to the enablement team instead of making assumptions.

• Ensure the confidentiality of company and prospect information in accordance with the NDA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience using Salesforce as an end-user on the CRM/Sales front (not in admin or case/support management roles).

• Excellent English reading comprehension and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment — capable of identifying when information appears incorrect or incomplete.

• Comfortable utilizing AI research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in repetitive research activities.

• Access to reliable internet and personal equipment.

• Previous experience in research, lead generation, sales operations, or CRM data hygiene is a plus.

• Familiarity with the U.S. real estate, property management, or B2B SaaS sectors is also a plus.
