Market Research Associate, Dutch Speaking

📋 Description

• Carry out recruitment activities for projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, and other designated markets.

• Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone and conduct cold calls to recruit respondents.

• Arrange and schedule interviews.

• Strategize, coordinate, and execute panel recruitment solutions.

• Provide updates on project work completed, progress made, results achieved, and future action plans.

• Raise concerns regarding projects to the senior manager when recruitment is not progressing as expected.

• Meet outsourcing targets for assigned markets.

• Achieve monthly panel registration goals.

• Contact new registrants to confirm and update their email addresses.

• Reactivate user accounts as necessary.

• Offer support via telephone, email, and support tickets to M3 Global Research members.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries and complaints across various systems.

• Collaborate with Project Management to address project-specific respondent issues.

• Manage respondent inquiries in accordance with company policies and resolution timelines.

• Establish and nurture relationships with panel members.

• Report and address issues related to internal and external systems and processes.

• Investigate fraudulent respondents following M3 data quality protocols.

• Conduct verification for newly registered members.

• Execute link testing for online market research projects and overlays for qualitative online screeners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both Dutch and English.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.

• Competent in PC usage, including Microsoft Office applications, Internet, Social Media, emails, and tools relevant to assigned duties.

• Detail-oriented with outstanding analytical and investigative capabilities.

• Ability to ask insightful questions, respond accurately, and ensure audiences feel supported.

• CV must be submitted in English.
