This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Perform recruitment activities for projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, and other designated QQFS markets
• Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone and engage in cold calling to recruit participants
• Arrange interviews
• Plan, coordinate, and execute panel recruitment strategies to optimize internal resources, minimize outsourcing expenses, and successfully deliver projects
• Provide updates on project management regarding completed tasks, progress, results, and action plans
• Raise concerns about projects when recruitment progress deviates from expectations
• Ensure that outsourcing targets are met for designated markets
• Achieve monthly panel registration goals
• Contact new registrants to verify and update their email addresses
• Reach out to users to reactivate accounts
• Implement panel-building initiatives for the assigned markets
• Assist M3 Global Research members through phone, email, and support tickets
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve inquiries and complaints across various systems
• Collaborate with Project Management to address project-specific member and respondent issues
• Manage respondent inquiries in accordance with company policy and resolution timelines
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with panel members
• Report and address potential issues with internal and external systems and processes
• Investigate fraudulent respondents and adhere to M3 data quality procedures
• Complete verification for newly registered members
• Conduct link testing for online market research projects and qualitative online screeners
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diverse audiences
• Competent PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, Social Media, email, and tools necessary for assigned responsibilities
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and investigative abilities
• Capability to ask insightful questions, respond accurately and effectively, ensuring that audiences feel supported
• CV must be submitted in English
