Research Analyst – Research & Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist the Head of Research Operations.

• Create original research for the insurance sector, Triple-I members, and consumers by evaluating insurance, economic, and financial data.

• Monitor research requests, the development of sponsorship contracts, the progress of research deliverables, and other project management requirements.

• Contribute to executive reports, issue briefs, blogs, presentations, and online content.

• Conduct analyses adhering to best practices in data governance.

• Convey data excellence and insights through traditional reporting products and data visualization tools.

• Utilize primary and secondary research to address inquiries from members, staff, academics, consumers, and others.

• Collaborate with various departments within Triple-I to identify, define, and support research needs and objectives.

• Execute additional data analytics and administrative duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in a research-related field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of overall experience is necessary.

• Experience in project management and writing research articles or reports is essential.

• Previous experience and/or familiarity with the risk management or insurance industry is preferred.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is necessary (Word, PowerPoint, Planner, Teams, Outlook).

• Creative use of Generative AI for research and project management tasks is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Professional skills in oral and written communication.

• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with the ability to complete tasks independently as needed.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time.
