Rescue Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit new rescues into Fi’s program by prospecting, creating target lists, and reaching out to shelters and rescue organizations across the country.

• Conduct discovery and pitch calls to explain how complimentary GPS trackers and microchips help prevent lost-dog incidents.

• Manage the partner onboarding process from registration to launching, which includes initial orders, device setup, team training, and ensuring the safety of the first dogs.

• Transition fully onboarded partners to the account management team.

• Facilitate ongoing onboarding and program webinars.

• Represent Fi at rescue conferences, adoption events, and industry gatherings.

• Maintain CRM data, forecast metrics, and report on recruitment, onboarding speed, and adoption-transfer performance.

• Provide feedback from the rescue community to the product and operations teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A sincere belief in rescue, dogs, and technology.

• Experience working at a rescue as staff, volunteer, or close collaborator.

• Knowledge of rescue challenges, including reliance on volunteer labor, constrained budgets, and operational complexities.

• Innate ability to sell and present effectively.

• Comfort with pitching to leadership, hosting webinars, and participating in conference booths.

• An analytical, numbers-driven approach to monitoring pipeline and conversion rates.

• Capability to swiftly learn CRM, AI tools, and internal systems.

• Proficiency in teaching non-technical partners how to utilize Fi’s systems.

• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with frequent context switching and ownership from the outset.

• An existing network within the rescue community is a plus.
