Requirements – Systems Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Integrate requirements traceability across various programs, mainly associated with software development and its respective tools and processes.

• Collaborate with the software development team on requirements traceability and development efforts.

• Assist in documenting customer requirements.

• Identify and monitor program risks.

• Facilitate the design, development, and integration of technologies utilized by warfighters.

• Incorporate requirements traceability within Jira-based software development workflows.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and software developers.

• Document requirements based on customer-driven priorities.

• Enhance processes essential for achieving CMMI certification.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of relevant experience.

• Subject Matter Expert in the usage of Jama.

• Proven systems engineering experience across multiple integration programs.

• Demonstrated capability to manage time and develop systems engineering products across several programs simultaneously.

• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance products and efficiency.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities in addressing issues related to complex requirements traceability tracking.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with systems engineering processes and associated product development.

• Secret clearance is required.

• US Citizenship is required.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening is required.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Systems Engineering.

• Preferred: Familiarity with the TAK ecosystem.

• Preferred: Knowledge of MDMs.

• Preferred: Understanding of the military acquisition system.

• Preferred: Military experience.

• Preferred: INCOSE CSEP Certification.

• Preferred: Knowledge of CMMI processes, associated tools, and certification.
