This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Conduct outbound calls representing the Republican Party to assist with get-out-the-vote initiatives.
• Provide customer service, technical support, and assistance with sales interactions.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner.
• Listen attentively to customers, comprehend their needs, and resolve any issues.
• Perform research in systems for missing data and collaborate with other departments.
• Adhere to client-program protocols, scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize systems and technologies for account management tasks.
• Accurately document and process customer claims.
• Leverage the knowledge base and training to address customer inquiries.
• Safeguard confidential and personal information.
• Elevate customer concerns to the relevant staff and management.
• Strive for first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and call management.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions, and review new training materials.
• Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to work schedules.
• Engage with hundreds of customers weekly across the nation.
• Address support issues, promote products and services, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in data entry using a computer.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• A wired high-speed internet connection with a download speed of 20 Mbps or more.
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to type at least 20 words per minute accurately.
• Availability to work regularly scheduled shifts during operating hours, including training sessions.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of computers and Windows PC applications.
• Ability to learn new and complex computer applications.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
• Skills to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Capability for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Strong customer-service orientation, demonstrating empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness.
• Ability to multitask, maintain focus, and manage oneself effectively.
• Strong team player with a customer-centered approach.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with team members and customers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or fingerprint security investigation.
• Willingness to submit to drug testing.
• Preferred but not mandatory: one year of experience in a contact center role related to customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support.
