This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Conduct outbound calls on behalf of the Republican Party to promote voter participation.
• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions with courtesy, professionalism, and timeliness.
• Listen attentively to customers, comprehend their needs, and resolve any issues.
• Investigate systems for missing data and collaborate with other departments.
• Adhere to client program processes, scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize systems and technology for tasks related to account management.
• Accurately document and process customer claims.
• Leverage knowledge bases and training to respond to customer inquiries.
• Safeguard confidential and personal information.
• Escalate customer concerns to the relevant staff and management.
• Strive for first-call resolution through proficient problem-solving and call management.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions and review updated training materials.
• Maintain required attendance and adhere to work schedules.
• Assist with customer service, technical support, and customer sales engagements nationwide.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in data entry using a computer.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English.
• Wired high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps.
• Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.
• Availability to work regularly scheduled shifts during operational hours, including training sessions.
• Basic familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Comfortable using computers and Windows PC applications, with an ability to learn complex systems.
• Highly dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Capable of evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer concerns.
• Strong aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask, maintain focus, and manage oneself effectively.
• Strong team orientation and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background/security check with fingerprinting.
• Willingness to participate in drug screening.
• A year of experience in customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support in a contact center setting is preferred, but not required.
• Previous state or federal work experience is preferred, but not required.
