This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain reports tailored to program requirements.
• Collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams to establish and uphold reporting standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert for ePMO, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Support migration initiatives related to reporting within ServiceNow.
• Explore innovative opportunities and functionalities within ServiceNow modules, including SPM, ITSM, and IRM.
• Identify key milestones, decision-making points, project lifecycle phases, and other significant project events.
• Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Lead and engage in weekly schedule assessments.
• Integrate lessons learned into the program documentation.
• Contribute to the Indian Health Service Electronic Health Records Modernization program.
• Conduct onsite fingerprinting at designated facilities as part of the Public Trust process.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in supporting cloud deployments and maintaining cloud solutions; relevant work experience may substitute for a degree.
• Required experience in ePMO, Salesforce, or analogous technologies.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow is essential.
• Capability to analyze requirements, resolve issues, and create effective solutions.
• Ability to identify, comprehend, document, and develop functionalities that align with customer value streams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a large, multi-tiered management environment.
• Familiarity with and experience in risk management practices.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year, if necessary.
• ePMO experience is highly preferred.
• Background in ePMO from a program lead perspective is advantageous.
• 8+ years of relevant analyst experience is required.
• Experience in supporting federal contract program managers is preferred.
• Ability to navigate frequently changing priorities of competing significance.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external teams, key stakeholders, and customers.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
