This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.
• Recruit, assess, onboard, and contract skilled collision repair facilities.
• Identify and eliminate facilities that do not comply with performance or compliance standards.
• Maintain a suitable geographic distribution of repair facilities.
• Conduct regular business reviews with network partners.
• Monitor repair quality, cycle time, customer satisfaction, supplement frequency, communication, and assignment acceptance.
• Establish performance expectations and corrective action plans for underperforming facilities.
• Place facilities on performance improvement plans and track their progress.
• Acknowledge and reward high-performing facilities by providing increased assignment opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Analyze network data and trends to enhance overall network performance.
• Ensure network facilities possess the necessary insurance coverage, business licenses, certifications, and OEM qualifications.
• Verify that facilities have the equipment, technology, and capabilities to repair vehicles safely and correctly.
• Monitor adherence to company standards and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate audits and documentation reviews.
• Foster relationships with multi-shop operators and strategic network partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for escalated partner issues and operational concerns.
• Collaborate with partner leadership to enhance operational performance.
• Represent Solvd at industry meetings, conferences, and partner events.
• Collaborate with Operations, Client Success, Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams.
• Provide network expertise during client implementations and market expansions.
• Support efforts to boost network capacity, quality, and efficiency.
• Communicate market intelligence and partner feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in network/vendor management is required.
• Experience managing collision repair networks for an insurance carrier, third-party administrator, or technology provider is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of collision repair processes, estimating platforms, repair standards, and OEM certification requirements is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing business relationships and negotiating with external partners.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet with network partners and attend industry events.
• Knowledge of collision industry performance metrics and KPIs is preferred.
• Experience with performance dashboards and business analytics is preferred.
• Established relationships within the collision repair industry are preferred.
