Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Conduct final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods within customers' residences.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients of high-end brands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Have the ability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and instructions related to equipment repair.

• Must possess personal transportation to and from the repair location.

• Own hand and power tools, with the experience and mechanical skills needed to assemble products to manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Comply with state regulations regarding the vehicle used for work purposes.

• Background checks and drug screenings are conducted on all contractors, including assistants.

• Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) checks are performed for all contractors who drive.

• Demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Proficient with mobile technology.

• Possess excellent communication skills.
