Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and fix fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Deliver, assemble, and/or repair consumer goods directly in customers' homes.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Offer outstanding customer service.

• Travel to repair locations using personal transportation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.

• Capability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and instructions for equipment repair.

• Must possess personal transportation for traveling to repair locations.

• Required to own hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skills to assemble products to meet manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Compliance with insurance and vehicle registration regulations is necessary.

• DOT/MC numbers may be needed for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Must adhere to state regulations regarding the vehicle utilized for work.

• Successful completion of background checks and drug screenings is required.

• Driving contractors must pass an MVR check.

• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service is essential.

• Must be tech-savvy with a mobile phone.

• Excellent communication skills are required.
