Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and other similar products.

• Conduct final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods within customers' residences.

• Assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Provide prompt and dependable home services for premium companies delivering goods directly to consumers.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Capability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and instructions relevant to equipment repair.

• Own reliable transportation to and from repair sites.

• Possess hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skill to assemble products in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Must comply with state regulations regarding the vehicle utilized for work.

• Successfully complete background checks and drug screenings.

• Pass MVR screening for driving contractors.

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Comfortable using mobile technology.
