Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment and related products.

• Service fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and comparable items.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturer manuals and repair guidelines.

• Assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service during home repair appointments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience and capability to assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and comparable items.

• Proficiency in reading and understanding manufacturer manuals and repair instructions.

• Must have personal transportation to travel to repair locations.

• Ownership of hand and power tools is required.

• Demonstrated experience and mechanical skills to assemble products to manufacturer standards.

• Must possess an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Compliance with insurance and vehicle registration mandates is necessary.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Adherence to state laws regarding the vehicle utilized for work is required.

• Successful completion of background and drug screenings is mandatory.

• Passing MVR screening is required for driving contractors.

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Technologically proficient with a mobile phone.

• Strong communication skills are essential.
