Repair Technician, Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Deliver, assemble, and/or repair consumer goods at customers' residences.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturer's manuals and instructions.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients of upscale companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.

• Capable of reading and understanding manufacturer's manuals and repair instructions.

• Must have reliable transportation to and from repair locations.

• Own necessary hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skills to assemble products in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• An EIN (federal tax ID) is required.

• Must meet insurance and vehicle registration obligations.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles exceeding a GVWR of 10,000 lbs.

• Compliance with state laws regarding the vehicle in use is mandatory.

• Successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Clear MVR screening is required for driving contractors.

• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

• Comfortable using technology, including mobile phones.

• Strong communication skills are essential.
