Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maine.

📋 Description

• Assess, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fitness equipment and related products.

• Repair fitness bicycles, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and other similar items.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturer manuals and guidelines.

• Assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service.

• Conduct repair tasks at customer locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• This is a contractor position.

• Proficient knowledge and capability to evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair fitness bicycles, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Ability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and repair instructions.

• Must have personal transportation to travel to and from repair sites.

• Must possess hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skills to assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax identification number).

• Must adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be required for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Must comply with state regulations for the vehicle utilized for work completion.

• Must successfully pass background and drug screenings.

• Must pass MVR screening if driving is required.
