This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturer's manuals and repair guidelines.

• Assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service at consumer locations.

• Travel to repair locations using personal transportation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Ability to read and understand manufacturer's manuals and instructions necessary for equipment repair.

• Must possess personal transportation to and from repair sites.

• Required to own hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical skill to assemble products in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax ID).

• Adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Must comply with state laws applicable to the vehicle used for work purposes.

• Must successfully pass background checks and drug screenings.

• MVR required for contractors who drive.

• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

• Familiarity with mobile technology.
