This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Interpret and adhere to manufacturer manuals and repair guidelines.

• Construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Deliver outstanding customer service during home repair visits.

• Travel to repair locations using personal transport.

• Complete tasks in accordance with relevant insurance, vehicle registration, DOT/MC, and state law requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Contractor position focused on repairing fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Proficient in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar items.

• Capability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and repair instructions.

• Must have personal transportation to and from repair sites.

• Required to possess hand and power tools.

• Experience and mechanical aptitude to assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• Must have an EIN (federal tax identification number).

• Compliance with insurance and vehicle registration regulations is necessary.

• DOT/MC numbers may be required for vehicles with a GVWR over 10,000 lbs.

• Adherence to state laws regarding the vehicle used for job completion is essential.

• Must successfully pass background checks and drug screenings, applicable to contractors and helpers.

• MVR is required for driving contractors.

• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

• Technologically adept with a mobile phone.
