• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English

• Excellent communication skills

• Capability to provide expert guidance and smooth support for customers' transportation requirements

• Ability to resolve customer issues during the first call

• Capacity to stay informed about promotions, products, and updates

• Aptitude for handling information responsibly and maintaining accurate records
