Renewals Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Execute comprehensive renewal processes by managing and optimizing renewal workflows.

• Reduce manual efforts and guarantee prompt execution of renewals.

• Accurately and efficiently finalize renewals to safeguard the existing customer base.

• Drive and complete seat expansions by selling additional seats to current buyers during renewal periods.

• Monitor the status of auto-renewals and take action when auto-renewals are disabled to avert customer churn.

• Collaborate with procurement teams to facilitate seamless renewal execution.

• Offer insights on products and packaging based on customer feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience working with B2B clients.

• Proficient in using CRM and renewal tracking systems to automate workflows, analyze data, and identify exceptions.

• Fluent in English is mandatory.

• Proficiency in other European languages is advantageous.

• Must be located in Spain.
