This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Implement procedures that support EVOTEK’s strategic sourcing and reseller renewal initiatives.
• Efficiently and accurately manage client orders throughout the quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Legal, Channel Partners, Solution Delivery, and clients.
• Request and issue customer renewal quotes 60 to 90+ days prior to support expiration.
• Maintain renewal databases containing serial numbers, contract details, and support dates.
• Acquire vendor order confirmations and support date information.
• Process orders with suppliers and evaluate auto-renewal manufacturers.
• Coordinate Bills of Material, deal registration, quoting, ordering, returns, and order tracking.
• Uphold vendor portal and promotional knowledge and ensure vendor compliance.
• Issue purchase orders in accordance with internal policies.
• Execute quote-to-order processes while presenting pricing, credit, and terms.
• Manage complex pricing and contracting scenarios and secure exception approvals.
• Engage with Partner Operations and Legal for onboarding, reviews, contract negotiations, and terms.
• Assist in onboarding new sales operations staff and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Support colleagues with workload management, backlog reviews, reporting, customer orders, booking tracking, deal financials, and gross-profit tracking.
• Take ownership of assigned sales representative account activities, acting as a liaison between sales and operational support.
• Broaden expertise in renewals, MPS, referrals, RMAs, and services.
• Minimum of 5 years of Sales Operations experience within the technology sector, supporting multiple channel partners and distributors.
• Proven track record in customer success, quoting, order entry, procurement, account management, or a similar domain.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• Capability to work autonomously with self-motivation, initiative, and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Ability to handle complex tasks and prioritize various projects effectively.
• Possess analytical reasoning, creativity, conceptual ability, critical thinking, and judgment skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, including Salesforce.com, CPQ, and NetSuite.
• Experience utilizing vendor portals.
• Salary range: $65,000 - $115,000.
