This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead and mentor a team of Renewals Representatives to meet business objectives.
• Recruit, nurture, and retain top-performing team members.
• Manage performance through learning plans, constructive feedback, and career discussions.
• Address performance issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate improvement.
• Develop succession plans and workforce strategies.
• Work alongside EMEA Renewals leadership and Sales counterparts on collaborative sales efforts.
• Contribute to the regional revenue strategy and enhance processes and revenue outcomes.
• Identify renewal risks and collaborate with Customer Success, partners, and distributors to optimize renewal rates.
• Recognize upsell, cross-sell, and growth opportunities throughout the renewal lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
• Collaborate with regional Sales teams and the extended channel ecosystem.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
• Communicate forecast performance, risks, opportunities, and action plans to senior leadership.
• Manage renewal pipelines, forecast governance, risk identification, and business reviews across segments and territories.
• Evaluate and enhance renewal processes and customer experience.
• Support automation initiatives that enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
• Report directly to the Sales Director of Renewals.
• Ensure retention and growth of the customer base throughout the Middle East region.
• Proven success in leading virtual teams with over 5 years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience in leading a renewal or inside sales team, handling both high volume and high-value accounts.
• Degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated record of sales achievement and effective leadership in a matrixed environment.
• Proven experience in managing and expanding renewals or sales teams with a strong focus on recurring revenue/ARR.
• Strong understanding of subscription-based business models.
• Prior leadership experience, including first-line management roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent in English – written and verbal; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and operational leadership skills with the ability to leverage data, dashboards, and business insights.
• Experience in the cybersecurity sector is a plus.
• Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building internal and external partnerships.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to exceed goals and a commitment to excellence.
• Open to coaching, displaying a learning mindset, and prioritizing team success over individual interests.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of motivating and inspiring others.
