Renewals Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the full renewal process for a designated territory, overseeing the journey from quote to closure.

• Negotiate contract renewals to maintain strong customer relationships and maximize contract value.

• Keep a rolling 90–120-day forecast while analyzing renewal data to spot trends and potential risks.

• Collaborate with decision-makers to understand budget cycles, stakeholder maps, approval processes, and obstacles.

• Work alongside Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to navigate complex situations and ensure retention.

• Create and deliver tailored pricing and packaging proposals that align with customer needs and growth stages.

• Clearly communicate Mixpanel's unique value proposition and effectively counter competitive pressures.

• Contribute to improvements in the renewal process and develop scalable team playbooks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record of meeting quotas in a renewals, account management, or sales position within a B2B SaaS context.

• Experience in negotiating contracts with commercial and procurement stakeholders, including multi-year or multi-product agreements.

• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio while ensuring forecast accuracy and maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in working with ARR data, churn signals, and renewal metrics.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations.

• Background in product analytics, data tooling, or developer-oriented SaaS is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, or similar CRM and forecasting tools is a plus.

• Experience with value selling or outcome-based selling methodologies is an added advantage.
