Renewals Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of client renewals from start to finish each month

• Recognize and assist in addressing renewal obstacles early in the process

• Ensure the timely and successful completion of renewal procedures and contract finalization

• Initiate introductory emails at least 60 days prior to client renewal dates

• Dispatch agreements to clients using DocuSign

• Conduct timely follow-ups for all client renewals

• Arrange and lead client meetings as necessary

• Document all client interactions in Salesforce

• Quickly escalate issues with non-responsive or disengaged clients

• Update the tracking tool with all relevant information

• Complete renewals by updating both NetSuite and Salesforce

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly proactive with a “can-do” mindset

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Experience effectively utilizing AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, etc.

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel

• Capability to manage multiple priorities concurrently

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Legally permitted to work in the United States

• Must indicate whether employment visa sponsorship is necessary
