Renewals Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Proactively engage with customers to uncover opportunities, comprehend their needs, and provide responsive, solution-focused support.

• Utilize extensive product knowledge to showcase value-added solutions that cater to customer requirements and drive renewal sales initiatives.

• Implement established renewal and retention strategies, contributing to a broader sales plan.

• Continuously develop and maintain an understanding of current products, offerings, and market trends to enhance sales effectiveness.

• Deliver regular updates and insights on renewal opportunities and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.

• Efficiently use sales tools and systems to manage pipelines and achieve successful outcomes.

• Oversee account renewals in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors at Clarivate.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in sales, managing a substantial SMB book of business, with a focus on retention and expansion, or in customer service.

• Experience collaborating with small to midsize pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

• At least 3 years of experience using Excel.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or proficiency in similar CRM platforms is preferred.

• Experience as a Renewals Account Manager is preferred.

• Consultative selling and strategic account management skills are preferred.

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles within Life Sciences or Healthcare is preferred.

• Must reside within the continental United States.
