Renewal Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the ongoing renewal of contracts through a well-structured pipeline.

• Keep track of expiring contracts and upcoming renewals while taking customer needs and unique setups into account.

• Proactively identify any stalled renewals and ensure timely contract renewals.

• Cultivate customer relationships and provide support via phone and email.

• Organize renewal campaigns in collaboration with other teams.

• Notify customers of changes and actively pursue upselling opportunities.

• Maintain and enhance the CRM system.

• Record campaigns and customer interactions thoroughly.

• Independently generate quotes and assist with tenders.

• Ensure accurate billing for support services and subscriptions.

• Coordinate commercial aspects with Legal, Finance, and Operations departments.

• Identify applications for AI-powered tools and assist in their integration into renewal workflows.

• Develop workflows and leverage automation to enhance customer experiences and streamline internal processes.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Account Management teams to refine processes, communication, and overall customer experience.
