📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries and questions regarding Claro's Internet services through phone calls.

• Provide customer support for Claro.

• Handle inquiries without engaging in sales.

• Work as a call center advisor for MDY Customer Experience.

• Completion of Secondary Education.

• No prior professional experience required.

• Availability to work in a remote/home office setup.

• Availability for PM shifts.

• Open to full-time or part-time schedules.
