This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive relocation management for employees, candidates, and their family members.

• Directly manage Cyprus cases through local authority submissions and communications.

• Evaluate case requirements, choose immigration pathways, establish timelines, and handle applications until resolution.

• Track permit expiration dates, recognize compliance risks or delays, and monitor legal updates.

• Act as the primary liaison for employees.

• Cultivate relationships with external vendors, immigration service providers, and embassies.

• Coordinate contributions from HR Admin, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Travel, and hiring managers.

• Assist with overlapping HR Operations responsibilities.

• Keep immigration records, case trackers, country guidelines, and operational checklists up to date.

• Lead projects for expansion into new countries.

• Streamline, standardize, and automate relocation workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing a high volume of immigration and relocation cases.

• Solid understanding of Cyprus immigration requirements.

• Experience liaising with immigration authorities and/or external immigration service providers.

• Strong knowledge of visas, residence and work permits, registrations, and family immigration processes.

• Ability to interpret and implement legislation and official guidelines.

• Excellent case management and organizational skills.

• Capacity to handle multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

• High attention to detail coupled with robust documentation skills.

• Proficiency in identifying risks, resolving operational challenges, and escalating issues as necessary.

• Clear communication skills with employees, internal stakeholders, and external service providers.

• Fluency in English, Greek, and Russian languages.
