This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +12 more states.
β’ Oversee release processes, coordination, and implementation across various agile teams within the Product Group and Product Family.
β’ Identify and escalate impediments, manage risks, ensure value delivery, and promote continuous improvement.
β’ Engage in transformation initiatives and mentor leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters on agile methodologies and mindsets.
β’ Coordinate ceremonies, manage backlogs, and oversee releases for agile teams throughout Program Increments.
β’ Limit work in progress and foster ongoing improvement through servant leadership practices.
β’ Ensure alignment of Program Increment business outcomes with design and delivery efforts.
β’ Address architectural, leadership, and logistical challenges.
β’ Facilitate activities related to PI Readiness, Roadmap, Features, Releases, System Demos, and PI Planning.
β’ Manage the delivery of Features by overseeing dependencies, sequencing, and architecture.
β’ Compile and distribute Team PI Objectives that align with the vision, goals, and OKRs.
β’ Track and generate release metrics and dashboards.
β’ Lead synchronization meetings to ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes.
β’ Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Management, Architecture, Business Owners, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.
β’ Monitor team impediments and manage release risks and dependencies.
β’ Provide insights on resource requirements across the Bank.
β’ Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters to achieve high performance.
β’ Enhance value flow through value streams, DevOps practices, and Release on Demand methodologies.
β’ Drive the Lean Innovation Cycle in collaboration with Business and Product Management.
β’ Implement engineering and service philosophy principles into release practices.
β’ Contribute to release and solution metrics that showcase automation progress and advantages.
β’ Develop and propose technical strategies and solutions to maintain or enhance service levels.
β’ Consult governance, risk, compliance, and audit teams on release-related risks.
β’ Keep abreast of emerging issues, trends, and regulatory requirements.
β’ Maintain risk management and controls in alignment with risk appetite.
β’ Support team development, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and cross-training initiatives.
β’ Keep stakeholders updated on committed work and daily activities.
β’ Cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external business partners.
β’ Serve as a brand ambassador for TD Bank.
β’ Must be situated within the TD footprint: CT, DE, FL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, DC.
β’ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related discipline such as information technology, computer science, or Business Administration; a Master's degree is preferred.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Coach, Product Manager, or Scrum Master.
β’ Certification as a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required.
β’ More than 3 years of experience with Agile Management tools.
β’ Typically, 7+ years of experience related to Agile methodologies.
β’ At least 3 years of experience coaching multiple agile teams.
β’ Advanced understanding of agile theories, methodologies, techniques, rules, and practices.
β’ Familiarity with estimation/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution, and facilitation techniques.
β’ Awareness of current and emerging competitor and market trends.
β’ Capability to establish goals and objectives that support delivery execution for multiple teams.
β’ Ability to contribute to functional direction and advise team and delivery leadership.
β’ Proficient in leading, planning, executing, and evaluating committed work activities.
β’ Skilled in mentoring and performance management.
β’ Proficient in analytical software tools, data analysis methodologies, and reporting techniques.
β’ Competence in MS Office and standard Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
β’ Strong oral and written communication skills.
β’ Ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
β’ Capable of functioning effectively as a team member and driving team execution.
β’ Sound judgment in decision-making processes.
β’ Competence in analyzing, organizing, and prioritizing tasks while meeting various deadlines.
β’ Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
β’ Expert-level experience with Jira is preferred.
β’ Experience navigating multiple UAT environments is preferred.
β’ Background in supporting Agile Release Trains within the financial services sector or in highly regulated environments is preferred.
β’ Experience in implementing Agile metrics and creating executive delivery dashboards is preferred.
β’ Experience managing dependencies across multiple value streams is preferred.
β’ Background in leading organizational or agile transformation initiatives is preferred.
β’ Experience in supporting DevOps and Continuous Delivery practices is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Encompass is preferred.
β’ Blend experience is preferred.
