This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create release calendars and deployment timelines
• Collaborate closely with Change Managers
• Maintain version control for release documents
• Ensure all necessary approvals are received prior to deployment
• Confirm completion of development, testing, security, and operational requirements
• Validate the accuracy of release documentation
• Manage production deployments and cutover processes
• Monitor release execution and address deployment challenges
• Assess risks linked to planned releases
• Handle escalations during release activities
• Guarantee synchronization of development, test, staging, and production environments
• Ensure configuration items and release packages are effectively controlled
• Verify that systems operate correctly post-deployment
• Organize post-implementation reviews
• Document lessons learned and identify process enhancements
• Supervise end-to-end software deployment lifecycles, release orchestration, stakeholder alignment, environmental parity, governance, and risk management
• Assist in the modernization of a critical enterprise workforce management platform through cloud migration, technological transformation, DevSecOps, automation, cloud engineering, systems integration, cybersecurity, and process advancement
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor's degree required
• Active DoD Secret Clearance necessary
• Must be eligible to pass a Tier III background investigation
• Active Security+ CE or another applicable 8570 IAT Level II certification required
• Eligibility for CAC is needed
• At least 4 years of experience in managing enterprise-scale system change management and releases
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in developing and maintaining release and change documentation
• Over 4 years of experience in creating change calendars and overseeing change/release cycles
• At least 4 years of experience in coordinating change implementation and validation
• 4+ years of experience in establishing escalation procedures and notifying the appropriate stakeholders
• 3+ years of experience in managing system change management and releases in a Federal or DoD setting
• Experience with Oracle EBS system change management and releases
• Background in coordinating significant, cross-platform database migrations
• Experience in validating data integrity post-migration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to document requirements effectively
• Ability to provide precise and realistic effort estimates, commit, and deliver as promised
• Proficient in working productively within a team environment
