• Facilitate daily defect triage during the Alpha and Beta testing periods.
• Collaborate with Customer Solutions Engineering teams and engineering leads to address any blocking issues.
• Manage the feature tier model to determine the requirements for full activation packets versus lightweight documentation.

• Ensure alignment among Product, Engineering, Customer Delivery, and SI stakeholders regarding scope, timing, and risk.
• Keep release-tracking documents current, including bundle trackers, gate summaries, and decision logs.
• Raise cross-team blockers, scope disputes, and resource gaps to the Customer Delivery & Programs leadership.
• Manage Feature Flags and Feature Groups.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in release management, release engineering, or program/project management for a SaaS or enterprise software product.
• Experience in a regulated or federal environment is highly desirable.
• Proven experience managing a phased release or gate process (alpha/beta/GA or similar), including go/no-go evaluations and exit criteria enforcement.
