This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within assigned credit union client organizations.
• Evaluate client business goals, operational priorities, and growth prospects to effectively position Fiserv solutions.
• Create and sustain annual account plans that include measurable actions aimed at ensuring client success.
• Collaborate with business unit and corporate leaders to align resources, address issues, and promote strategic client initiatives.
• Enhance retention and growth by facilitating service agreement renewals, pinpointing expansion opportunities, and crafting formal proposals for additional products and services.
• Track client satisfaction, relay insights to internal teams, and suggest measures to enhance client experience and business outcomes.
• Encourage participation in Fiserv conferences, user groups, and other engagement opportunities that strengthen client relationships and product adoption.
• Over 5 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development within the banking, credit union, or financial services sectors.
• More than 5 years of experience collaborating with large, complex financial institutions and aligning solutions with their business, operational, and strategic goals.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing account plans, managing renewals, and driving revenue growth through consultative client engagement.
• Proven ability to build relationships at the executive level, create formal client proposals, and coordinate cross-functional resources to achieve measurable business results.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, work experience, and/or military service.
• Direct experience supporting credit unions or a solid understanding of credit union operations, priorities, and regulatory considerations.
• Familiarity with Fiserv systems, products, or client delivery models.
• Knowledge of financial data processing systems and host-based computer systems.
• Additional specialized training in banking, credit unions, or financial services.
• Willingness to travel frequently, up to 50%.
• Must currently hold valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.
