Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive business relationship for a portfolio of clients in the financial services sector.

• Act as the main point of contact and a reliable resource for client operations, service requirements, and relationship strategy.

• Develop and enhance client relationships through contract renewals, consultative selling, and broader use of Fiserv solutions.

• Assess account business needs, facilitate issue resolution, and ensure follow-through on commitments.

• Establish connections with executive and senior-level stakeholders at client organizations.

• Achieve or surpass revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction targets through strategic account planning, contract negotiations, and active client engagement.

• Stay informed about industry trends, banking operations, and Fiserv solutions to align client requirements with business prospects.

• Work collaboratively with client executives, internal sales support teams, product sales experts, marketing, and leadership teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in relationship management, account management, sales, or client-facing business development within the financial services, banking, or financial technology sectors.

• More than 6 years of experience collaborating with senior leaders, including executive-level client stakeholders, to navigate complex business relationships and foster strategic account growth.

• Proven experience in negotiating renewals, uncovering revenue opportunities, and managing client retention initiatives within an assigned portfolio.

• Exceptional communication skills in written, verbal, and presentation formats with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in utilizing customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required; candidates needing sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

• Willingness to travel frequently (25%+).
