This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients from Minority Depository Institutions using a strategic and consultative method.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients, fostering relationships with executives and senior leaders.
• Drive the renewal and renegotiation of contracts.
• Discover opportunities for revenue growth across various business lines.
• Collaborate with sales support, marketing, service, and account management teams.
• Comprehend clients' strategies, financial results, and business objectives to propose growth solutions.
• Track client satisfaction, assess retention risks, and evaluate portfolio performance against revenue, profit, and customer experience targets.
• Stay informed about trends in banking, payments, and financial services.
• Partner with the Account Manager to address client issues and uphold relationship confidence.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing and enhancing client relationships, including cross-functional strategies that promote revenue growth and retention.
• Background in banking, payments, or financial services with client portfolios and interactions with executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading consultative sales, contract renewals, and negotiations, with a track record of successfully closing business and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military experience.
• Preferably experienced with Salesforce or similar electronic customer relationship management platforms.
• A Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military experience is preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills are desirable.
• Willingness to travel frequently (50%+).
• Must currently hold valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
