This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Oversee a portfolio of Minority Depository Institution clients using a strategic and consultative approach.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering executive and senior-level relationships.
• Drive contract renewals and negotiations to ensure client retention and achieve profitable business results.
• Discover revenue growth opportunities by aligning client needs and priorities with Fiserv solutions across various business sectors.
• Collaborate with sales support, marketing, service, and account management teams to meet client needs and facilitate operations.
• Gain insight into clients’ strategies, financial outcomes, and business objectives, recommending solutions that promote growth and profitability.
• Track client satisfaction, retention risks, and portfolio performance in relation to revenue, profit, and customer-experience objectives.
• Stay informed about banking, payments, and financial services trends to enhance consultative discussions and solution positioning.
• Partner with the Account Manager to promptly address client issues and maintain confidence in the relationship.
• Willingness to travel frequently (50%+).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and expanding client relationships, including the development of cross-functional strategies that drive revenue growth and retention.
• Background in banking, payments, or financial services environments, with experience working with client portfolios and executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading consultative sales, contract renewals, and negotiations, consistently achieving business closure and measurable results.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to facilitate client communication, reporting, and business planning.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military service.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable electronic customer relationship management platform.
• Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military service.
• Bilingual communication skills that enhance relationship management across diverse client communities.
• Frequent travel required (50%+).
