This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Oversee a portfolio of Minority Depository Institution clients using a strategic and consultative approach.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated clients and cultivate relationships with executive and senior-level personnel.
• Take the lead on contract renewals and renegotiations.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth across various business lines.
• Collaborate with sales support, marketing, service, and account management teams.
• Gain an understanding of client strategies, financial performance, and business objectives to recommend solutions that promote growth.
• Track client satisfaction, assess retention risks, and evaluate portfolio performance relative to revenue, profit, and customer experience targets.
• Stay informed about trends in banking, payments, and financial services.
• Work alongside the Account Manager to address client concerns and uphold confidence in relationships.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing and developing client relationships, including cross-functional strategies that enhance revenue growth and retention.
• Background in banking, payments, or financial services, with experience managing client portfolios and engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Proven experience in leading consultative sales, managing contract renewals, and conducting negotiations, with a successful track record of closing deals and achieving measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, marketing, or a related field, or a suitable combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military service.
• Must possess valid and unrestricted work authorization in the U.S.
