This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.
β’ Develop realistic scenarios that encompass treaty and facultative reinsurance, attachment and exhaustion, cessions, recoverables, bordereaux, delegated authority, program governance, fronting, captives, and risk participation.
β’ Construct structural comparisons, submission analyses, contract summaries, program evaluations, counterparty assessments, and recommendations for risk transfer.
β’ Compose high-quality "golden" reference responses that meet experienced reinsurance and program business standards.
β’ Evaluate AI-generated responses against established rubrics focusing on structural accuracy, contract logic, financial comprehension, stakeholder roles, and market realism.
β’ Recognize misconceptions related to layers, limits, retentions, commissions, claims control, collateral, counterparty exposure, and carrier-MGA responsibilities.
β’ Offer written feedback to enhance model performance.
β’ Engage in onboarding office hours and calibration sessions.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in reinsurance, program business, delegated authority, fronting, captive insurance, or alternative risk transfer.
β’ Familiarity with at least one of the following: treaty reinsurance, facultative reinsurance, MGA/MGU programs, Lloyd's arrangements, captives, or fronted programs.
β’ Capability to identify the economic and operational responsibilities of cedents, reinsurers, brokers, MGAs, fronting carriers, and insured parties.
β’ Knowledge of how contract structure influences risk transfer, earnings, collateral, claims handling, and reporting.
β’ Exceptional written reasoning, commercial judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Ability to differentiate reinsurance decisions from standard underwriting and ordinary claims adjudication.
β’ Possession of CPCU, ARe, ARM, ACAS, FCAS, or a similar designation is considered a bonus qualification.
β’ Experience in ceded and assumed reinsurance is regarded as a bonus qualification.
β’ Background in reinsurance broking, treaty wording, recoverables, or claims is a bonus qualification.
β’ Experience with program audits, delegated authority, or bordereaux management is a bonus qualification.
β’ Familiarity with captive, large-deductible, retrospective-rating, or risk-sharing arrangements is a bonus qualification.
β’ Earn up to $250 for each successful referral.
β’ Minimum of 20 hours per week (preferably 40+).
β’ Role begins immediately.
