Bilingual Front Desk – Insurance Specialist, Pediatrics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Handle patient inquiries effectively

• Oversee the practice's email communications

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments directly using eClinicalWorks (eCW)

• Conduct real-time insurance eligibility checks

• Confirm coverage and benefits prior to patient visits

• Offer general support for front-office operations

• Provide assistance with administrative tasks as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native or fully fluent speaker in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken (mandatory)

• At least 1 year of direct experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW) is essential

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or front desk staff in a U.S. healthcare environment

• Experience in pediatrics is highly desirable

• A minimum of 1 year managing the complete insurance verification process

• Demonstrated ability to verify insurance eligibility

• Excellent telephone etiquette

• Strong organizational skills

• Availability to work during standard Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours

• Fluency in Portuguese is a significant advantage
