Senior Consultant, Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Analyze, enhance, and execute business processes with an emphasis on digital transformation, automation, customer experience, workflow improvement, and agile organizational frameworks.

• Independently oversee client projects from the planning stage to implementation.

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality benchmarks, and budget constraints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training as an insurance and financial services professional and/or a degree in a relevant discipline, such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance/Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or a similar program focusing on insurance.

• 3–5 years of experience as a project manager in the insurance industry, preferably within a management consultancy or insurance firm.

• Proficient in business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process enhancement.

• Familiarity with insurance processes and an understanding of how to design complex workflows efficiently and sustainably.

• Certifications like Lean Six Sigma or other qualifications in Operational Excellence and process management are advantageous.

• Demonstrates an independent, organized, and proactive working approach.

• Exhibits empathy and the capability to offer client advice based on genuine partnership.

• Possesses creativity and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel to client locations.

• Proficient in MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations.
