Bilingual Front Desk – Insurance Specialist, Cardiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee a high volume of incoming phone calls, ensuring communications are directed appropriately and addressing patient requests with care and empathy.

• Relay lab/test statistics and results to patients as instructed, utilizing TigerConnect for secure messaging.

• Schedule and manage urgent/stat appointments through eClinicalWorks (eCW).

• Confirm patient insurance eligibility and coverage status prior to scheduled appointments.

• Execute the complete cycle of insurance verification.

• Offer general front-desk assistance utilizing eClinicalWorks (eCW).

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a native or fully fluent speaker in both English and Spanish, with clear verbal communication and a professional demeanor.

• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is mandatory.

• Experience with TigerConnect is highly desirable.

• A background in a U.S. Cardiology practice is essential.

• Must demonstrate exceptional patience, empathy, and a strong level of professional integrity.

• A zero-tolerance policy for conflict or unprofessional behavior is required.

• Must commit to full-time hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

• This is a full-time contractor position requiring 40 hours per week.
