This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee designated projects and/or cases.
• Follow established company procedures.
• Implement call center initiatives that provide telephone support to patients, healthcare providers, and funding organizations.
• Assist with funding and access challenges, covering private, public, and special access programs.
• Aid in compliance initiatives.
• Manage and comply with case-management protocols, which include clinical monitoring, data gathering, ongoing patient follow-up, compliance tracking, monitoring of therapy interruptions/discontinuations, reporting adverse events, and coordinating with primary healthcare providers.
• Execute market research initiatives related to pharmaceuticals and biotechnology with physicians, patients, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals.
• Engage in substantial outbound calling as part of patient programs.
• Record all activities in program-specific databases.
• Participate in continuous refresher training and specialized training for products or programs.
• Provide insights on protocols, databases, processes, and inter-departmental relationships.
• Relay case management information to the manager, pod, and program-trained colleagues during periods of absence.
• Collaborate with managers in training new caseworkers, which includes shadowing and monitoring calls.
• Report all adverse events to designated units/departments.
• Perform additional duties and tasks as necessary.
• Comprehensive training in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar fields, typically acquired through the completion of a two-year associate's degree program or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• At least one (1) year of experience in customer service.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is an advantage.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the medical and pharmaceutical sectors is a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Advanced understanding of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
• Familiarity with automated warehouse operating systems.
