Rehabilitation Manager – Freelance or Part-Time Basis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive advice and assistance to individuals following an accident or serious health issue

• Create and execute personalized rehabilitation strategies

• Offer support to clients through all stages of medical, vocational, and social recovery

• Provide guidance on care arrangements and social law considerations

• Compile well-founded evaluations and informative reports

• Evaluate care requirements

• Design tailored solutions aimed at fostering independence and community participation

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in fields such as social work, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, or a related discipline

• Experience in medical rehabilitation, particularly in orthopedics, trauma surgery, or neurology

• Strong understanding of social insurance law and local healthcare and support systems

• Confident demeanor, empathy, and exceptional communication abilities

• Proficient in MS Office and adept at using digital applications

• Valid Category B driver's license and readiness to travel
