Rehabilitation Manager – Freelance or Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive advice and support to individuals following an accident or serious illness.

• Design and execute personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Assist clients throughout all stages of medical, vocational, and social rehabilitation.

• Offer guidance on care arrangements and matters concerning social law.

• Prepare well-supported evaluations and detailed reports.

• Evaluate care requirements.

• Create tailored solutions to enhance independence and encourage social participation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in fields such as social work, physical or occupational therapy, or a related area.

• Experience in medical rehabilitation, particularly in orthopedics, trauma surgery, or neurology.

• Strong understanding of social insurance law and local healthcare and support systems.

• Confident demeanor, empathy, and exceptional communication abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using digital applications.

• Valid Category B driver’s license and a willingness to travel.
