This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Evaluate clients' rehabilitation requirements following an injury or illness, encompassing physical, ergonomic, psychosocial, and functional capacity assessments.

• Assist clients in identifying meaningful recovery or employment objectives.

• Collaboratively design and implement customized rehabilitation strategies.

• Oversee cases from start to finish.

• Liaise with workplaces, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.

• Track progress, modify plans, and promote sustainable outcomes.

• Offer ergonomic, workplace modification, functional capacity, and return-to-work guidance based on clinical expertise.

• Cultivate relationships and collaborate with clients, treating professionals, employers, and insurers.

• Support stakeholders in their efforts towards recovery and reintegration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, or exercise physiology.

• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an Exercise Physiologist.

• Successfully pass a national criminal background check before starting employment.

• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

• Full working rights in Australia.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Openness to working in varied environments, including workplaces, client residences, and remote assessments.

• Capability to coordinate among stakeholders.
