This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Perform intake assessments to assess Member readiness and identify the suitable level of care.

• Lead group and individual counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.

• Offer crisis support and coordinate necessary referrals when required.

• Keep timely and accurate records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Work alongside clinical supervisors on personalized treatment and discharge planning.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and all applicable state laws.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a current license in Nebraska.

• Possess an active and verifiable counseling license such as LIMHP, LMHP, or LADC.

• All credentials need to be verified through the State Board’s website during the application process.

• Skilled in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.

• A strong passion for assisting individuals in recovery and fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a dynamic, mission-driven startup environment.
