Licensed Behavioral Health Counselor, LCSW, LPCC, LPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota.

📋 Description

• Deliver behavioral health services that encompass human development, therapeutic learning, psychotherapy, group dynamics, and the origins of mental health issues and maladaptive behaviors.

• Assist individuals, couples, families, and groups in their mental health journeys.

• Foster optimal mental wellness, tackle everyday life challenges, and provide treatment for psychological disorders.

• Collaborate with team members to meet the social risk needs of patients.

• Leverage local referral networks and resources for emergencies or advanced psychiatric evaluations and services.

• Work together with medical professionals, care coordinators, and support personnel within an integrated care framework.

• Provide support to patients in clinics and school-based settings catering to children, adolescents, adults, and older adults.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related behavioral health discipline.

• Valid North Dakota licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Capability to achieve credentialing with Medicaid, Medicare, and various commercial insurance providers.

• Experience in delivering behavioral health services to a wide range of populations.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical documentation abilities.

• Must live in North Dakota.

• Occasional travel may be necessary for training, team meetings, outreach, or support of clinic and school-based health center activities.
